PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal information is collected and processed solely for the following legitimate purposes:
- ✓Process event registration and allocate official bib numbers
- ✓Process and verify participant entry fees securely
- ✓Provide digital registration confirmations and receipts
- ✓Deliver participant support and address inquiries
- ✓Verify identity and eligibility during bib distribution and race check-in
- ✓Manage event day safety, on-course medical coordination, and logistics
- ✓Communicate important event schedule updates, flag-off timings, and instructions
- ✓Maintain administrative records required for event management
PAYMENT SECURITY & ZERO CARD STORAGE
We do NOT store payment card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers.
All payment transactions are processed through Razorpay, an authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Our website only receives confirmation of payment status and a gateway transaction reference to issue your registration confirmation.
DATA PROTECTION & RETENTION
We do not sell, rent, or lease participant data to any third-party marketing agencies. Data is retained only for the operational duration necessary to conduct the event, comply with statutory accounting requirements, and resolve reconciliation queries.
