Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of entry without refund.

Entry into specific categories must comply with designated criteria. The 5 KM Women & Kids category is restricted to female participants and children below 12 years of age. The 5 KM Men category is open to male participants. The 10 KM Open Run is open to all qualified participants.

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification. Once payment has been verified, a registration confirmation and reference ID will be issued.

Participant details collected during registration are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for event organization, bib allocation, timing, verification, and participant safety communication.

Participants below 12 years of age require explicit parent or legal guardian consent to register and participate in the event. Guardians are responsible for supervising minors during the event.

All registered runners must adhere to official race rules, follow designated route markers, and comply with instructions given by race marshals, traffic authorities, and event medical personnel.

Participants must ensure that they are medically fit and sufficiently trained to complete their selected race distance. Water stations and basic first-aid support will be provided along the course. Participation in a running event involves inherent physical risks including injury, illness, accidents, and unforeseen incidents. While the organiser will take reasonable event-safety measures, liability wording remains subject to applicable law.

The organising committee reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the event schedule, flag-off times, course routes, or operational arrangements if required for participant safety, weather conditions, or local authority directives.

Registration fees are non-refundable after successful payment verification, subject to applicable law and any mandatory payment-reconciliation requirements. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
